Prices

Prices on our website are shown in Canadian dollars.  They do not include taxes or shipping fees.  We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Prices (provided by quotation or by a price list) are subject to change to the effective price at the time of delivery. We do reserve the right to change any price due to clerical error or to an increase when restocking. In that event, we will contact you to inform you of the increase and will wait for your approval before processing your order.

In order to give you the best prices, we didn't include shipping fees in our unit prices.  Minimum shipping fees are 18,50$.  Shipping fees will vary according to your order weight, number of boxes and destination. However, if you prefer to use your own carrier, an amount of 4,95$ will be charged for administrative fees. You must then send us the name of your carrier with your account number in the box "Leave a message" when you place an order.

Minimum order amount is 50,00$.

Payment Terms

The order is payable by cheque, direct deposit or credit card within 30 days of the date of invoice. Please email us to tell us that you want to pay by credit card. We will then call you to get your card information for payment.

Delivery

As we keep the majority of our products in stock, delivery time is 2-3 business days.

When receiving the order, if the package is damaged or opened, you must inspect the goods. If broken, you must refuse the order and return it with "damaged package" mention. If you do not, it can void the possibility of a future claim.

Returns

All merchandise in good condition and in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a credit note (furniture excluded) unless we mentioned that the product is not returnable or exchangeable. Shipping charges will be assumed by you and there will be a 15% restocking fee (20,00 $ minimum) unless we made an error in processing your order.

Privacy Policy

Any information transmitted to Biblio RPL Ltée will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. We will not sell or disclose your information to third parties unless required by law.
